Anyone hear news regarding my good Friend Lisa Khan? I heard a rumor that she was leaving Teleflora and even worse leaving the industry. Sure hope not.

I can't say for sure ... but that would be a BIG blow to our industry. Lisa is one of the most "quality" people I've ever had the pleasure of working for. Hard work, dedication and a great love for her customers. She takes ownership of her clients, instead of being a see-her-once-then-never-again type of sales person.
I know Lisa has many friends on this board who will tell you the same.

Lisa IS one of the BEST PEOPLE IN THE INDUSTRY!!!! And always will be...
She and I have had many a laugh together... and at one point I was lobbying for her to get MICHIGAN! Maybe if she had... but then again, there is only one Lisa...too bad they can;t clone here for every state!

Just to be clear, I was asking if anyone had heard anything. The last thing we want to be doing is spreading a false rumor. I wanted to know if anyone had heard anything. From everyone who has posted so far it is clear how we feel about Lisa.

I do know Lisa reads this board regularly. I'm sure we'll hear one way or the other soon. It's possible, though, she's out of town for the weekend.

No matter which way this goes, it's always a good time to let someone know she has our love, respect and support. Lisa you're a class act.

SHe is a one Call BABE in my book. And if the rumours are true, she is leaving Teleflora because she does not feel comfortable with the BULL SHI*T Teleflora is giving her just like FTD. If she is leaing for a new post, good for her. I will try to confirm this soon. I will phone HQ tomorrow. I can't report till the evening has my work computer crashed the other day.

Lisa's looking for a change of scenery. I know we all wish her well in whatever she decides to do. And she'll be great at it, no question!
