Not sure if it was just my account BUT missing from our December clearinghouse statement were 3 FTD.com orders we filled but were "not reported" by FTD.com..... And then a couple of orders originating supposedly from .com are considered "report order" rather than a "do not report". Have called member services and they are looking into it...
That is the end of filling any dot com orders, I will fill no more..
Also, their new fees of "confirmation of orders goes into effect in February... transmission fees increase but you get back .75 if you do the delivery confirmation. Not me, my merc is gone, offline, computer deceased...
