My name is Stella and I am setting up a new business/ retail outlet in an expanding shopping centre in my coastal town of Ballito, South Africa. The business will trade as La Stem - flowers, art and gifts. I expect to open early in July. It is an exciting new venture for me as I leave teaching to run my own business. I will be employing florists and doing a lot of marketing - and taking big deep breaths!!
