Clarification is needed re: Ontario Conference

I think clarification is needed about this free room offer. Is this offer on the usual norm that FTD usually offers and that is 2 nights. And does it matter which nights? And us people up north, do we get 3 nights? Since we have to travel the fartest away and it will take us one day to get there>?
Are we having a Halloween Party on the 30th? Are we having a halloween designer contest? Will Mikey be there kissing all the ladies? Will Luc bring is "Bare it all Shirt"? Will Janis laugh at all Luc's Jokes? So many questions to be answered I hope someone has answers.

Now I'm confused, what do we need the extra night for? This conference is closer to us than the last one and we didn't need the extra night then...

.....And what about Westerners? It's a looong way to travel. Can we book extra nights (2 or 3)? Conference rates (free) would be phenominal, and certainly offset some airfare costs, but even reduced regular rates would be a bonus.
