I'd join a class action regarding their members who fraudulently lead consumers into believing they're dealing with a "local" florist such as Ava's is doing. ( A violation of FTD's own Rule #2)
 
easy, I have print outs with their fraudulent statements calling themselves MillinocketFlorist when my website is just that URL (one of my sites) and their own statements of delivering in my town. I argue the lack of movement on FTD's part to enforce their own rules with dishonest OG members.

46 other's hmmm. Funny I haven't heard anything. Will have to do some recon.

I'd be interested to see what the "suit" is all about. Tech? False ads? Broken promises?????

OK , A while back there was a post on here about someone looking to do this . but put is as though they were looking at ways to help one another, and it was a shop in DE that started it, Back a few weeks ago we got a call about this, I am at home,,today, and I never called back.to many other things at the time, there are more than that now I think on the band wagon with this one, as of what I have been dealing with with FTD< I may jump on as well>
 
I'm not sure about a class action suit, but I am aware of a hefty suit brought against FTD concerning over charging, bogus fees etc. I have contacted by boths sides informing me that I may be deposed as a witness. Not sure how many florista are involved but I don't think it's many
