Has anyone here heard of a wire service called Clear Root? It is Canadian but seems to cover a lot of the U.S. too. I checked out their site after getting an order from one of their members and am curious if any of you belong and what your opinion is?
 
I'm suprised they've been around a couple of years yet i never heard of them before. I must be living under a rock or something. Thanks for the info!
 
They have been around for a while, doing a fair bit of calling and marketing, and have been discussed many times on FlowerChat. The service is owned by a florist in Toronto.

Can't argue with the fee structure :)

I did find it interesting that the first bit of feedback on clearRoot is based on the number of orders received. I guess you can change the wire service, but you can't change the florist :)

Whatever that means.

It's really hard to find a florist to fill an order on Clearroot so my outgoing is 0.
 
I have been a member for about a year. At the beginning I did get orders then several months ago they stopped. Over the last month or so I started getting calls from florists or customers of florists that thought they had given me an order but I didn't receive the orders. The florists had all been called by the filling florist with some kind of problem and thought they were calling them back because my shop's name and number was on the confirmation. I told them I didn't call them and didn't get the orders.
My computer has stayed on and my status shows active with no holidays scheduled yet when florists try to order with me obviously for some reason it bumps to the next florist on the list but they get a confirmation that I am filling the order.
You used to be able to go on their help section and get live support but that stopped months ago. Now there is never anyone there. I have sent emails, left phone messages, and even sent an email in reply to my monthly statements but nobody has answered me by email or phone. I honestly don't know why this is happening and I don't know why nobody has ever gotten back to me with an explanation. They are obviously still in business since I just got my monthly statement and I keep getting calls from other florists thinking I am filling orders for them but for some reason nobody there returns emails or phone calls.
