Hey Babylon, Jeff from clearRoot here. Sorry about the emails, we certainly don't mean to annoy. We try and keep them to a minimum, and it looks like you received this reminder a bit earlier then we usual send one out because of our effort to get it out before Mother's Day consumes everyone.
I'm pretty sure this is only your second email, which is all we do for the initial contact, and then one more follow-up several months down the road. If you've received more then that let me know and I'll look into it.
