Not dazzling. But I do use it for some of my hand-made table top fountains. I use a big heavy gauge 16" plastic saucer that looks like terra cotta. Well, it doesn't look like terra cotta, so I spray them to give them a more natural feel. I'm sure you have found by now that you have to spray it layer by layer to get a good coat.
