1-800 flowers and Bloomex!

Looks like they have the same designers & web masters.


Have you seen thier Christmas designs?
Who in their right mind would want designs like that, done with leather greens and artificial Christmas greens photo shoped????


Begs to wonder if 1-800 flowers can't get a delivery into a certain town, if it is transfered to HQ or Bloomex to send it out.

Hey I seens it done at Mother's Day with TOwn & COuntry Niagara Falls and a shop in TOronto.

May the force be with you at Christmas time and do the right choice!

But, to give you credit, you HAVE uncovered an interesting "plot" concerning orders derived from certain OG's....

Bloomex has a pathetic live chat cutomer support. I pretended to be a cutomer and asked if they could deliver flowers today to LA, California. He said it is too late to deliver today. I said it is early morning at LA. He said he will ask his manager. Then after few minutes he abruptly ended chat.

Hey All,

Bloomex is here, so I would feel free to ask them any questions you wish. I have spoken with them on occasion.

Often for cross border issues and ease of gaining new markets, it is a good idea for companies to attain partnerships. Both ProFlowers and 1800 have done so with Bloomex.

A great partnership for both I would imagine. Instant country-wide order management and direct service in the major centers. While I don't agree with the Bloomex customer service model or what I have seen of their product and substitution standards, the "idea" of their business is fantastic in these times.

Keep in mind. "A Bloomex (or Pro-Flowers) customer is not my customer".
