The response wasn't good from online retail testers. FTD is specifically mentioned in a negative way several times in this 3 page article. It was not mentioned once in a positive way.
Among the reason for low scores: High prices, not happy with quality of item received, hidden fees/high delivery fee (not mentioned until end of checkout), poor customer service.
out of the 50 .coms ranked, ProFlo #47, 1800 #48, FTD.com #49 each with a "Worse" rating for value.
