Contest...Do you consider them whensending a order?

Does it make a difference to you and your shop about these contests the wire service are now doing to get your order. Do you say to your staff send FTD or teleflora more so you can try to win. In your opinion which contest you like the best. FTD, which you get a entry for every order you send or tf where you get a entry over last year total you sent.

Or contest doesnt sway your decision about sending as long as you ge the order filled properly?

While it would be nice to win one once...it's not a factor for me as far as sending goes. I just want the job done correctly.

I agree with V. But over all, these constests are pretty stupid. The shops that focus on their rebates are not going to give that up for a "chance" at winning the contest. And I sure as heck would not send an order out to an FTD/TF shop just becuase of the contest. I would send the order to the shop that I feel will do the job. In my opinion FTD/TF should stop jerking the membership around with fees and use the money for something beneficial to the membership.

When I mentioned this the other day I was wondering why or where this Money was coming from? Must be the increased Dove Fees? or the Shipping costs? or maybe they are planning to hit us up with a Membership fee increase after the years end and not tell us until Valentines Day?.

I fiqured out the amount they are willing to "give away" equates to about a Dollar and a Half per Member. That is pocket change considering the fees in shipping to recieve anything from them.

YOU were the one that "suggested" that FTD start the online "question" contest, and FTD listened!!
they have indeed, lived up to THEIR promise to try to do as asked by FTD members, as much as possible!!
