I've been in the wedding business for 16 years
I have not had any formal Floral education I am self taught.
I was referred to FlowerChat from Yahoo.
I hope to gain ideas, advice and informtion.
I help coordinate community events. I also take on some brides that could not afford a wedding planner but need the the help.
I operate from a commercial building and my home.

From your site, it appears you are a wedding planner and sub-contract with other wedding providers like DJs. I don't see any photos of floral designs (except one silk piece) nor mention of your own design work.

Just to be clear, Flower Chat is for professional florists working in the trade.

Perhaps you can explain what involvement you have in the floral business.
Are you a designer? Do you sell fresh flowers directly? Do you have a retail license?
 
I have been doing wedding flowers for 16 years. I don't have alot of pictures because most of my pictures were damaged in a fire. I did take a small floral class but I didn't really learn anything I didn't alreay know. I do offer fresh and silk arrangements. I have 2 floral coolers and my own studio (which in under construction right now). I do use other florist for large weddings and would rather give them the business. I am all about helping other business owners. I'm glad non of my attackers on this website is from my area. I would have to put them on the black list. You should all be careful who you attack on here. We may have contacts in your area.

Oh my why so harsh!! I didn't see anything that is the normal for people to ask, but then the heat and plumbing is getting to me,,,Sorry you feel this way. Life is to short, and also this is a message board, So why this way..

I don't appreciate this comment. I don't see where you were "attacked" in any way. I posted a few questions, curious as to your involvement in the floral industry, as this is a floral trade chat board.

Your response is completely inappropriate, and I for one, don't take kindly to threats.
