I am sorry but , I really didn't know where to put this, as you know I am in the same business as all of you, I am so sad about this so This is so sad when your read this,

I send lots of flowers and plants, and Fruit baskets for all holidays to my family, as well as the kings family, Pay with CC, I don't have time to shop, so I support the folks in the same as myself, Well here goes,all of these were open order 12/19/07 till xmas.

Order Number one to my sister who has been in Iraq for the last 9 months, gave the order open order your choice , can deliver your choice of date, 50.00 is all that you need, Well, least to say as of today you have not delivered nothing, then when I call to see why, Oh my WE lost the order, So now sister thinks I am a twit and was told so.

Order number 2 Same as above but to my 90 year old grandmother, well she loves those pointsettia can you do one for how much, Well we need 60.00. well as of today she got a box of carnations, well here I am again told, I am not ready to die yet? Why would you send me that? Ok the shop stated the cards got mixed up ? Ok please send her a pointsettia or some blooming plant with an I' sorry card, I will take the blame you can charge extra .

Order number 3, Sent to the picky sister, the docters wife, we need a nice all white arrangment please no xmas ornaments in it, or greens, just preety elegant no carns or mums, well darn it I forgot to say no glads, so you know what is coming for 100.00 she got a vase of all glads 10 she states with that of 3 white roses, and 3 star of bethleham, The docter is the town doctor you know they are Jewish, Why oh Why she asks,So they don't have any flowers in stock to replace till next week.

Order number 4 this was to my best freind who is very ill in a nursing home, please just something tradtional arrangment. Your choice, well this was great to send this woman a fruit basket how in the heavens is she going to eat it,,
O ask and she shall recieve I hope on when every,.

Well I sent a total of 17 orders to just my side of the family, and happy to say that of this only 9 were delivered and they were from shops on here, So that is a good thing, So now my family thinks I am a total elcheapo, and can't figure out why they were never delivered or even on the others the shops are closed.So I guess it dosen't just make sense on why, I busted my arse to get my stuff out, and took care of all that needed to be done and some, So please why did this happen, Yes I just needed to vent. So when people are complaing about FTD/TF/ even direct it makes you wonder,,,

I want to a say thank you to the shops that I know on here for not letting me down. and for those others, Well you know that I have been told how bitter I am, by you, of course, you darn right I am , What would you do, check all the other orders to see if they were done, so tommarrow, I have to take the darn time to go shopping to send Fed-Ex gifts to the darns sisters, cause, as I was told, you really need to get a real job..FOr those shops that didn't deliver, yes I am bitter but much more disappointed that this happened, and I know ou will see this/

SO So Sad.
 
Wow...it would be understandable if it was only one order, people make mistakes...but how is it that nearly 50% of your orders get messed up!?

For the poinsettia order, I wouldn't accept the blame for it. They made a card mistake (which happens, human error) but they need to make good on it and apologize for it.

Glads in a vased arrangement? My designers gripe when someone orders glads vased. Glads are only for sympathy or special request buffet arrangements. No Christmas? They would have loved that order. They hate the Christmas greens and doing red and green all the time.

Hopefully your family understands it is not your fault.
 
9 of 17- this totally supports the premise that half the shops in the country need to go out of business.

So when people are complaing about FTD/TF/ even direct it makes you wonder,,,

And this supports the premise that "sending direct" is nowhere near what's it's purported to be.

Sorry you had such difficulties Queen - and it's a very sad statement of the state of the industry.

How incredibly disappointing.

So, so sorry that this has happened to you & your family orders. I myself had 1 out of 7 messed up for personal orders.

if the shops that you sent these orders thru do not take immediate corrective action, please remember to file a complaint with your cc company as soon as the charges appear on your statement. Reason: non-delivery or unsatisfactory product. There is no way someone should be paid for delivering the wrong stuff, or just crap!

You are so right on these items, and as of today only one was resent out, way to sad, but the funny part, is this,,,

The one that was resent is someone who is a member here, which I didn't know, and had saw the item on here, YAY thanks for doing that, and it will be great,,,I hope,,
