Most of you know about my daughter's need for a kidney transplant.

More on that can be found here.

We hope to firm up the dates "Today". . .but. . .

Tentative transplant date is September 1.
The special IVIG treatments for Erin will start Aug 10.

We hope a weekend hospital stay does not change that.
Kathie took her to the ER Friday night. Really bad stomach pain.
Pancreatitis. . . . not that uncommon in dialysis patients.
She was put on heavy IV antibiotics and we were happy to bring her home Sunday.

The real reason for this post is because of a site I came across.

My Dearest Glenn,

I wish for all the greatest for you, and yours, If I could give your daughter mine, I would in a minute do it for you, but as the keeper of one, myself, I know how hard it is to fund donors and such, Even if someone just gives blood it is such a wonderful thing to do, To help out your fellow person in need, I am so gratiful for the donors I have had, and love them with all my heart, Just hopeing n' praying that need is never upon myself again, If there is anything that I can do to help, If there is anyone on this board that can help them, It is way easier now than before with donation to a living donor than before, the John Hopkins Hospital has done the new procedures now many times, and Hope that someone can help this child out, It is so well deserved, She deserves the life that we all have, Sorry to hi -jack your post, I will continue to pray for you.
