a Hungry Hippo game for a young friend of mine. Apparently it's the game de jour for I can't find it anywhere in London.

If you come across one in your travels please let me know.

V, i am not sure if play.com will have it but they are very good with toys. You would have to check for international delivery but they are pretty big. Hope this helps.

Smartie pants.... believe I've tried the on-line hot spots here and in the States to no avail.

My kids used to play that game all the time when they were little. Last Christmas I gave one to my Grandsons and one to my Nephew. A really fun game for the little ones...heck I like it too. (I don't have to count much or keep score).

I had to look in Wikipedia to find out for sure, but I thought that was what I remembered as Hungry Hungry Hippo from when I was a kid. Wow, the staying power of a simple plastic game is amazing!

I'm on eastern time? it is 2:48 right now (not sure if that helps?)

Again, thanks Heather. I live in London Ontario Canada so I imagine it would get here on time.

I'm going to take Rhonda up on her offer however and support a "hometown" business as it were. ;)

I'm not much of a WalMart fan so I don't shop there. The family looking for the game told me WalMart was sold out.

YA know, growing up we had a Hungry Hippos game.

I have 2 sisters and a brother.
I can remember the commercial: hungry hungry hippos! hungry hungry hippos!

Was a cute game, my brother, not so cute. When he'd get mad at one of us girls, guess what we were called? you got it "HUNGRY HIPPO!!" the creep!
