Dial a flowers B.S.

Just wanted to check and see if anyone has ever had anything to do with Dial A Flower out of Frankewing TN. They sent us an order via TF for a funeral on the 5th. Today they called and said the customer was upset because there was no greenery in the arrangement. Absoultutely nothing goes out of here without greenery in it unless specifically we are told not to so right away we were suspicious. I figure this is a scam to get some money back since they did want to cut the price in half due to customer complaint. Anyone had a run in with them?

Tried to find them on a Map

What we have here is a TF member # 55-049300 who is listed in my book as an SFO (Sending Florist Only). When a Florist lists NO PRICES I run like Heck from those orders.

I find it nessessary to check ALL members numbers (Triage) before one stem of Flowers are pulled from the cooler.
Teleflora has let alot of these folks slip thru the cracks making the Filler look like the Fool.

If I'm wrong about this member....someone correct me.

Have had NO approached from them, and I'm with Blue....I do use the triage method more often than I admit to.....
