Hi Diane, welcome to FlowerChat!

Diane,

Are you affiliated with Fitz? The reason I ask is because when I bought my fitz bracelets, I could swear that catalog also had all of the laser leaves, (of which I bought EVERY color, love them.) In a different thread, I had said the laser leaves were by Fitz, sorry about that!

Hi Linda

I'm sorry for the late reply. I read this post and then couldn't find how to reply!

We are affiliated with Fitz through advertising and education. For the last 2 years we've issued a catalog "Selection Guide" with Fitz so you DID see our Laser Leaves in the same catalog as Fitz items. Last year Berwick advertised with us as well. For 2011 Milton Adler's, Fitz, and Berwick are doing another Selection Guide and we each have new and exciting items.

So glad you like using the Laser Leaves! We just did a photo shoot using leaves in a beautiful basket, wristlets, and Christmas candle rings. They're fabulous!

Laser leaves add a little bling and texture to all sorts of designs. We even made angels with them... a large piece for the body, a Posy Pin (now on closeout) for the head which we wrapped the leaf wires around, a few leaves for the wings and a silver chenille stem for the halo. They're really cute but the pictures we took were horrible.. lol..

Also, think about turning the back to front. On some colors like gold and chocolate, the back looks like suede which adds yet another texture to the design.

If i could figure out how to add the URL I'd show you a pic or 2...

URL lesson for Diane

Open a different browser window and go to the page you want to show. Copy the top address bar by right-clicking the mouse on the highlighted address. Click copy.

When you put it into the thread, just right-click your mouse and click paste and the link will show up wherever your cursor happens to be.

:hammer: what if the image is in my documents? I got the "properties" which is the file name and pasted it into the box but it just showed an empty box...

Okay Diane, then it is not a webpage? In that case, after you click reply, click on the little screen icon that is in your "Quick Reply" box, you will see from Right to Left - a quote icon, a slide icon, and the next is the one you want. Click on it and then select the tab From Computer. That will open a box for you to choose out of your comp, but make sure it has an image file type like jpeg. Click upload file and you should be good to go!

Linda... I've tried that several times. It takes me to the URL thingie... if you have regular email I'd be happy to send you a few images. I guess I'm too technologically challenged to figure this out.. lol..

Hi Twiggy...

I'd love to share images with you but I can't seem to post them here. If you'd like to give me your email address I'd be happy to send you a few ideas.

:0) Thanks,
Diane
