Our website address is www.ryansflorist.com. I have been designing for 28 years and I am a graduate of Rittner's School of Floral Design in Boston. I was referred to FlowerChat by a good floral friend, Lori of Affairs to Remember in Melrose, MA. I would like to gain more insight into this industry. I would also like to know how others are weathering this economic storm. I am an award-winning designer and I have recently been certified as a "woman-owned business" by the State of Massachusetts. I have a 2K foot brick and mortar store in Arlington, MA. I look forward joining FlowerChat.

Welcome!

Is it wrong that I'm a little concerned about what that certification process involves?:eek:face

Welcome aboard. Lori's recommendation is a powerful tool. :)

Is that the same as a being a minority-owned business?

Welcome!

Welcome Diane,

Wow that was fast...you will learn to love it here as I have...

All I can say is when you are given full access, use the search tool and read, read, read......The advice given here cannot be learned in any school and is worth more than its virtual weight in platinum, not even gold...

Hi, Thanks for the welcome! I'm looking forward to familiarizing myself with the site. Why the concern for the certification? Take care, Diane
