I love the dieffenbachia leaf. Does anyone know of any problems using it in a hand tied bridal bouquet? Don't want to poison anyone, but I love the look. Opinions Please!
I get blisters when the sap of dieffenbachia gets under my nails, I wear vinyl gloves when working with the plant. It took me a long time to figure out what was causing the excrutiang pain, I thought something in the moss was biting me.
I would steer clear of it in cut flower form, but there are a couple varieties of greenery that have that variegated look that do much better in water. Check out the tropical greenery available from Hawaii and you might be surprised at how close you can get.
Milky way comes to mind as one example of the two tone look... Sure there are a million others.
