Discontinuing Teleflora - help

I am in the process of discontinuing my shops 15 year membership with Teleflora. I have the Dove Pos system. I have been told by other florist that i can get my new credit card processor to interface with my system. however, when i call dove pos support they tell me it can not be done. Can anyone help with this? thanks, kevin
 
It can be done, but TF will not hand over the passwords for others to get into your system...you would need to fight them for it...it is one of those things that keeps us strapped to them like an abusive relationship....maybe we all need a support group!

That's because they are pro-florist and want what's best for their members. Oh wait, they *know* whats best for their members... no that's not right... they want to ""Save the Florist""... that's it, they want to save the florists from themselves...

I didn't know what that was, now I do. Saving us from "ourselves".........I can buy into that one. This thread is the exact reason why "florists' should not give up their platforms......to others. I'm getting ready to go through it with FTD...........

We learn as we go...now we know, fool us one shame on you, fool us twice shame on me...fool us 3 times and I should be shot at sundown...silly florist!!!
 
Teleflora is horrible, they are not out to save the florists, they have cancelled me and charged me in full for my POS (piece of $!#@#) I switched to FTD credit card processing and they took care of everything!!!
 
one day at a time... lol... ive been searching for a seperate credit card processor...in the meantime we are with FTD and happy... Teleflora has sent me to collections

How is your TF pos running without them...how do you enter in cc sales...
