I am Tom Salinsky and retired from the insurance industry 15 years ago. My wife and I agreed it "would be nice to own a flower shop where we could make people happy". Little did we know being a floral shop owner was a very difficult position where you need the talents of every businees function of a CEO. And theses talents are required jsut to run the floral shop and do not include the super talents of being a floral designer-which I do not have . I rely on the great staff I have to creat the product that makes our name in the area. Must people outside of the industry have no idea of what it takes everday to keep the businees running !!!!
