Got a call from TF Headquarters with an order. They said it wasn't to be reported. I called and asked about it, but still don't understand why TF Headquarters would send an unreported order. Anyone know about this?

Usually it has to do with technical difficulties. But these days, it could simply be cloaking of OG orders...who knows...

I didn't have the TF special they wanted, so I didn't get the order. Guess these days I'm very suspicious of our friends in the WS game.

Because they called you with the order it's automatically added to your account, don't believe them. I will not take "any order" that doesn't have a paper trial (except from a florist so far out they have to pump in sunshine). I list it and let them take if off (if they catch it)........................Just say'in
Similar thing on 04/25 - got a 'phone call asking if we could do a coded item - Sweet Violet - and that if we could it would be a do not report. Replied we could not as not coded for the item and below minimums.
On 04/27 got 2 different TF people phoning asking why we had not delivered the Sweet Violet. Said we had refused it because not coded (and below min $). They replied that their records showed that we had accepted it and were at fault. I retorted we had not accepted it and how could we if they hadn't sold us the ridiculous vase it came in. The last person said they would send a Dove Cancel that I had to complete to which I said how can I accept a cancel for something I never took/got? Ah, but that's (their) rules and don't get upset. I told the insolent individual that I was not upset: I was annoyed - a rather different emotion.
These organisations really do not even merit the description of useless.

I've never had trouble with a tf do not report phone order, they have always been late in the day after cut off time. If they have any substitutions I require that they send them over the dove with a note saying they approve the substitution. I guess I have been lucky to have no problems.
