Do you know Trollbeads?

I just got back from a trip to Dallas Market to look at new lines. We are diversifying our gift lines quite a bit and adding some new ones. I will post later some of the other lines I found, I don't have my notebook with me but I will share some of the good stuff.

One line we found is fine jewelry specialty called Trollbeads. It seems to have a huge collectors following but is very new to our area. Within a 75 mile radius, there are 3 dealers, but none close to me.

Has anyone heard of this or had any experience with it?

Donna they have started to take off in the east/midwest. Not much action out west yet. Buy in is very high and they do protect. Not sure what the mileage distance is though. They take alot of work. You almost need someone to just stand at the display area. Can't leave them unattended because of the cost involved. Those who have started collecting love them though. I believe they are interchangable with Pandora.

Only one other shop that I know of carries them. Not sure how they are moving. Don't know much about them, but my wife wants me to carry them. She brought in the Beanpod and Crabtree lines. Both have exceeded sales expectations so far.
But, this time of year is not a good time to sock money into a new line, and do it right. (need to save $$$ for those DRY months ahead!)

Will be looking into them in September/October.......

They look fabulous, but sorry to say, way beyond my budget. I'm sure the site listed above is retail, but still, I don't think I would sell any for those prices.
