I am writing a really mean letter to Teleflora and want to send it to as many big wigs as possible. Not that any of the are going to read it , or even give a care, but I'll feel better! I can't believe I put up with thier crap for as long as I did!! If anyone has the email list for TF higher ups, I will litter their email boxes.

I just got off the phone with the shark law firm that they toss all quitting/delinquent accounts to... what a bunch of back alley creeps these people are!!!!!!! The make the bankruptcy & personal injury law firms from late night TV look like saints!!!!

I assume you are quitting TF? Make sure you send the letter certified.
I did, 15 months ago. Last month, they finally stopped sending me a bill. However, they have NEVER acknowledged (in writing) that we quit. I find them to be very disorganized and very unprofessional.
I would not be intimidated by thier flunkie lawyers either. Just my 2 cents.

I did quit, 2 months ago. Funny I could never get anyone on the phone from consumer advocacy when I wanted to quit. Now that I did (via registered letter)their creep law firm is contacting everyone I know. They even called my sister in New Jersey?!?! This shark law firm threatened to "trash" my personal credit if I didn't pay thier over inflated and unsubstantiated bill (which by the way is NOWHERE NEAR what my records show I owe Teleflora). Don't they know, I own a small business, my credit isn't worth a @@@@ anyway!?!?! JERKS!!!!!!!!
 
Letters of termination must be sent to Oklahoma City OK.
Always use certified and receipt return....
Funny how their rules and regulations don't list a publication date for directories....
 
Amy, do not pay them what you do NOT owe them. Also, if you are still using them to process your CC, change CC processors now. Change you bank account info or (I was told) TF may raid your bank account. Do not let them intimidate you.

Didja read Lynda Resnicks letter ?

Considering the fact that a source that I trust gave me a whole expanded picture of Teleflora's new master plan to capture market share, ie Drop Shipping, just prior to me receiving the letter, I don't think they're really gonna care what any of us do in the long term.

Simple logic dictates that they must compete to survive and they will screw every one of us to achieve that goal.

Well, they are going to have to do it without my membership fees, dove fees, Daisy fees and on and on and on. I sent my letter via email to everyone inferno gave me names for. I also sent it to my rep, as he is the only teleflora person who ever pretended to give a @@@@ and listened to my complaints. I know I won't get any response, but I felt a little tiny bit better. As for the parent company, I know they are more interested in making money and less interested in their membership than Teleflora, so I didn't bother sending it to them.

I'll say this, I certainly hope they think they can make enough money drop shipping their $29.95 box o' crap roses to cover thier membership losses?!?!? Someday, there will be such a thing as corporate karma and then all these money grubbing greedy slime balls will get theirs.

If there is a way you could let me see the letter I would be greatful. Any hint of Teleflora going into boxed items would be very interesting as over here they make a huge thing of them not doing it.
