Dear Sir,
we are interested to buy your domain name SMITHSFLOWERS.INFO and offer 65% of the appraised market value.
As of now we accept appraisals from either one of the following leading appraisal companies:

sedo.com
pddomains.com
accuratedomains.com
If you already have an appraisal please forward it to us.

As soon as we have received your appraisal we will send you our payment (we use Paypal for amounts less than $2,000 and escrow.com for amounts above $2,000) as well as further instructions on how to complete the transfer of the domain name.

We appreciate your business,

Domain Resale

Anybody got a clue??? Not that it's for sale, unless they want to buy the store...but...

Another old scam.

They are acting on behalf of the appraisal company(s) and want to get you to pay for the appraisal. Then, they will find some way to punk out of the deal, or just never call you back.

Boss do you think this is a legitimate offer? It sounds a bit odd to me.

Your domain name is very specific, you'd think they'd be looking for domains with broad appeal. For instance Makescents owns "Your Online Florist.com", seems that would be more useful than Smith Flowers.

I do think this is a great reminder for everyone to secure domains that might effect
their businesses. I own a few myself, as well as local DBA's.

I love that they'll offer you 65% of it's value!

Naw... I knew it was a hoax, but had never seen it before...

Thanks, Ryan!

A squatter wants 85k for www.enchantedflorist.com -

Noob squatters will never get that... well unless 1800flowers changed their name brand to enchanted florist. :)

I am still so mad some url buying bot beat me and ISP to the punch at midnight 10 years ago. Grrrrrr

I've gotten several now since the first one... wierd that they are all for .info sites
