Sources tell us here in Detroit the Hasek is returning and the announcment will be is a few day's.

Also sources say that Dom never signed his retirement papers with the Wings so he still had Two years left with his current contract..and 2003-2004 season is the last year in the contract.

Cujo? well.......HE'S GONE regardless of who will take him.
 
Well, sources were correct about the Dominator now we need to shuttle off CUJO to either NY or Philly or Colorado.

My bet is Colorado will take him, but I could be wrong???

Nah, I was only wrong once! and that was this year when I thought the Wings would repete a back to back Stanley.
 
Dominator is DONE and 3 Million Dollars Richer!

Dom is DONE he made 3 Million of his 6 Million Salary for his short 14 game Return to the CUP and forfeited the remaining 3 Million on the contract (nice gesture) and Ken Holland of the WINGS said he doubts DOM will be back next year with the WINGS organization. Players are the only ones a little upset since he didn't say Good-By. Guess who will SHINE THIS YEAR?

If this CUP thing happens again this year in HOCKEY TOWN who would question the fee for CUJO? I smell something BIG but I'm not taking any bets!. Just hope CUJO can stay healthy.
 
Wonder if the wings win the cup does Hasek get his name engraved on it , for such a big contribution this year. Doesn't he have to be named to the playoff roster in order to qualify? It's a wonder that the disruption caused by his being there didn't drag the team down a notch or two.
 
The teams decide who gets on the cup, not league rules. It's up to Mr Holland.
