Why then is there is listing for Concord Massachusetts Florist in my phone book right under my listing and the phone number is 978-369-2403
my number is 978-369-2404
They steal my local orders when people mis-read or mis-dial and then try to send them back to me through TF. Why is their membership not terminated?

for the same reason they disregard weasley listing as a "master florist" in my town. Same reason they (FTDTF) allow "Kay's Floral" to continue even though they misrepresent their locations. They don't care about their own rules!

They are a bloomnet florist...I have refused their orders for years, just because Jim is a giant a-hole to people and he skims big time...but noone can catch him because he hangs up on anyone with a problem and Kervin at 800-flowers basically told me they were under investigation, but didn't think they would ever find anything useful, code for he sends way to much through us and we won't do anything about him...

Long investigation, been going on 3 years that I know of... problem is, order volume is more important than ethics...

IIRC BMT kicked them out and their orders flow through FloralSource.

Sadly, there does always seem to be a WS who will take in the bottom feeders just to get order volume.

So now they have been kicked to the curb from, ftd, bmt and TF and now on floral source...where do they have to go once they get kicked out of floral source?

Not really, there are many shops that get thrown out of tf and ftd for bad quality, bad cs, skimming etc...and yes they will kick you out for non-payment with a quickness...probably the quickest way to get kicked...

Do we think the reason for noone getting kicked from FSI is because of the small number of florists involved to complain about these OGS and skimmers???
