I feel that the "base" system is a very basic system. It does cover the general needs. I strongly feel that the billing feature is far from where it should be. There seems to be a long laundry list of bugs or quarks.
To improve the systems with all of the "advanced" modules you will have to spend an additional $4000 - $4500 to "upgrade" the POS will all of the advanced modules. This is in addition to the outlandish initial price. I have asked to demo or try the modules, but apparently this is not available. I am not about to do another leap of faith to "upgrade" my system. I have been looking at other POS options, and I have been especially eying FloristWare.

the answer is very easy: show their cortract to your attorney, if he's good he wont let you sign it. sure it will cost you money, but down the road it will save you a lot more
