Driving Business to my shop,

I have been noticing my out going going up since last year. At first it was a few orders then it kept going up since. It has nothing to do with me leaving FTD, since I check those number also. I was wondering why this was happening and I found out this week. THe only other shop in Elliot Lake, been driving out of town orders my way. I had 2 customers with the same story saying she is charging way to much to send out of town. Seems minumum and fees are outrafeous compare to me. I hope that eventually those people will use my shop to purchase local orders in the future.
With all of those extra orders, I could'nt still win the teleflora contest. Go figure....lol

Take the $$$ and RUN.... outbound orders are the most profitable orders you can get....as they simple require a phone and technology...

And yes, from MY experience, once you give superior service on outs you will in time get the local too...
