How numb is this bimbo? Asking for help locating her dog that she watched get snatched from her yard by a coyote? Does she think the coyote took it to play with? or that it was a coyote puppy?
:wallhead:

How sad that she lost her dog to a coyote, I dread that all the time as we have a chihuahua and live in a coyote free for all area, and see them in our yard all the time.

being a vet tech (in another life)... I would hope (and pray) that all pet owners would be vigilant with their animals in their yards. Saying such, I take my dog on his leash, always, to do his business as even in our neighborhood we have coyote, fox, and I personally have seen a cougar at my barn (2 miles from my house). I would never let my animals roam
Coyotes are very smart hunters..... I've seen them take wild cats at the barn....

I'm amazed at how many people still let their cats out to roam. I admit my last cats were indoor/outdoor, and lived 19 and 17 years, but as developers ate up the land and woods here in recent years, the small few acres of woods behind me is now inhabited by a coyote, a fox and hawk.

My two little guys now are strictly indoor cats, except if I take them outside with me for a bit. Breaks my heart that they can't enjoy the outdoors like the last two, but ya gotta do what ya gotta do if you love your pets. The thought of Beanie or Cecil in a predators jaws is horrifying to say the least!

Yep I hear ya. My little guy (now 1 y.o.) doesn't even know what 'outside' is, although just recently he seems to be a little keen when I open the door. So now we are going to spend a small fortune to get an enclosure for him in our courtyard. Not that we have wildlife, it's that there is a sick human cat killer in our neighbourhood. ButI think if I had a cougar living in my backyard I wouldn't need a house cat! I have a fasination with big cats, just love them.

Re: Jessica Simpson. I don't care how dumb she gets, with that body I can forgive her for just about anything.

Todd, if you like big cats, you must've loved that video that went around about the guys from England who raised the lion, let him go, and revisited him a year or two later and he did remember them and went crazy on them? I watched that thing a hundred times I think and cried every time!

That was on the Teev here a couple months back -Christian the Lion.

Yeah think I'll just go to Harrods and get me a lion cub. They kept showing a few seconds of footage of this lady walking what looked like a cheetah on a lead - just the most amazing, beautiful animals.

Went to Taronga zoo in Sydney last month - the big cat enclosures are great, you get real close to them and they look you right in the eye.

My little Max is the next best thing - he's a Bengal X. Spooky flowers here on FC has beautiful Bengals on her avatar pic. but my boy is grey & white - more like a snow leopard.
