- How long have you been in business? We have been in business for seven years now... since June, 2001.
- Do you have any formal floral education? None
- How were you referred to FlowerChat? I was referred by a Flowerchat member... mlou
- What do you hope to gain from membership?
We want to learn. Our e-Link Retention Plan has proven itself over the years in a variety of industries. Offering it to the florist industry is a new effort for us and we want to ensure that as we move forward e-Link maintains the same relevance for florists across the country that we offer others.
- What do you feel you can contribute to the community?
Our team brings more than 40 years experience in marketing, advertising and general communication with the consumer. If we can offer our expertise or assistance to the community we will be happy to do so. I think we can make a positive addition to your marketing perspectives.
- Do you operate from a commercial building or a residence?
I spent many years working in offices. Since our launch I have been fortunate enough to be able to operate out of my home. While it offers some great benefits (sleeping later and not missing the cable guy to name a few) it also presents some challenges... (working later and at odd hours). I do spend quite a bit of time in the field but it cuts my day-to-day commute tremendously.
