Hi Robin,

Diane and I are so grateful you provided the flowers for her wedding. They were absolutely beautiful. The Gerbera daisy centerpieces were much prettier than we ever imagined they could be --what a wonderful addition the wire was to the style and completed look! The bouquets were lovely and we mothers were very happy with our perfectly-sized corsages. Your suggestion and preparation of the white orchids added special highlights to Diane's hairdo.

You accommodated our after-hours schedule, offered advice, and delivered to our house as well as the church. We appreciate your extra kind service.

Thank you's sweeten the work that has been done.Makes me feel warm and fuzzy when I get them for work well done. Confirms I'm where I should be at this time in my life.
 
Lately, when I get a compliment via e-mail, I reply and ask sweetly if they might consider leaving an online review. I even include the links to our review sites in Google, yahoo, yelp, city search and Insider pages.

Many people will do that, and I'm getting a nice collection of great reviews.

I got a thank you card and a bottle of wine this morning. It is right, no matter what happens on the day of a wedding, that simple thank you card just makes all the hard work worth it!!

Robin, excellent - see weddings are not that bad and you just helped make someones day all the better!! :)

Robin! You can brag on yourself every once in a while! I LOVE to hear when a hard working gal gets some MUCH needed "ATTA BOY" Back pattin'! WTG!!!

What a nice note,makes you feel great after all the hard work. I was having a bad day last week when a customer called to tell me how pleased she was with our funeral arrangements, and that everyone at the wake were commenting how lovely they were,and wanted to know who did them. She made my day , and put me in a better frame of mind.

We joined Wedding Wire this year--when I get a Thank You from a bride , I send her a link with a note--find we get many more reviews that way.
The site offers a few words as an example-but you can customize foe each bride--
Wish I started this years ago!!!
