Any bets on who will win tonight's Dancing with the Stars?

Our family has really enjoyed this season. The dancing has been great and the competition tough. Even Jerry Springer got better over the course of the series.

To me, Mario and Karina are the very best dancers but Emmet and Cheryl's presentation could pull though as sentimental favorites.

In the end, I think the dimples win.

Dallas cowboy fans had parties planned in sports bars all over Texas so they could get everyone to vote for Emmit...Boy, what a fan base!

Mario was the better dancer (won almost every week), but the voting is a popularity contest not a dancing contest...and Emmit should win easily.

Like everything else in life, I try to make time for the things I enjoy.

Emmett and Cheryl hands down. For me Emmett is the epitome of what this show is about... ground up success at something you really don't know that much about.

I love Mario, but he has had experience in the field.

Dancing with the stars

Here in the Dallas area, the Emmit and Cheryl mania has been really something. So many of us have met him personally and he has such a good reputation around here as being such a nice man.....so, Texas has really gone all out for him.

I thought the competition between the two were pretty equal, but, the fan base made the difference. It was fun to see his face and that wonderful smile when he won.

Watch TV?? It's called collapsing on the sofa in front of the TV after working all day in the shop, cooking supper, cleaning the kitchen, and starting a load of clothes before dusting the furniture so that you can clean the floors tomorrow.

BTW, I'm not a football fan except for my university team, but I like Emmit anyway. LOL

I think they each brought something unique to the table.. Mario with his techinal skills and Emmit with his personality.. also i think people will vote for the underdog too.. btw does this makes winner #2 for Cheryl?

Dancing - 10, Body - 10, Dimples - 10 = 30 a perfect score

Joey:
Dancing - 9, Body - 10, Smile - 9 = 28

Emmitt:
Dancing - 9, Body - 8, Charm - 10 = 27

In our house here's how it went down:

2.) Joey
3.) Emmitt

Granted I have two pre-teen girls, but Mom controls the remote!

I have it one good authority that Dora and Boots are an item and that SpongeBob is partnered with Sandy. Sqidward only does solo unless you count his clarinet.

All are now working on choreographing the Quickstep to Hamster Dance.

Sorry folks, gotta give Emmit the credit due to him. I agree with V, Mario has a background in theatre etc, that gave him a huge advantage, not to mention his perfect waist and tush. Emmit on the other hand had more to accomplish and improved every week. For Emmit to hold the upright pose without fail is really something as in football he would do the opposite. Mario and his partner also did not have to fake the passion. They were busy doing more than dancing! Emmit had to create that! I think in the spririt of the competition, Emmit fit the bill. Don't foget, along with the fan base both of the men had, there was a lot of people voting in the over 50 crowd that watched the show who would not really know either of them. It is so nice to have a show to watch with the whole family that is so much fun!
