Received an order from a shop in a major metropolis. The picture shows several stems of daisies, in mixed colours. They requested the bouquet to be hand-tied and to include and $4.00 greeting card and of course the $7.00 delivery charge...$32.99 total.

I visited their website because I've had problems with them sending under value. I saw, not to my great surprise, they sell the bouquet, not including a card or delivery for $32.99.

After a conversation they cancelled the order...fine by me.

To whom do I report them Hugh? They are an accredited FTD florist. I did confirm everything via Mercury though...with a detailed reason why I was happy to accept the cancellation.

sounds like a shop in So. California. They do this all the time. I finally flagged them on the system so that their orders are automatically rejected.
