I see them still online but wth very little current information posted. What has happened to them. Is anyone here a member. I thought they had over 4000 members at one time? If you are a member, how has it helped your business? Aren't I full of questions.......curious as their site is attractive.

There is ...

very little activity on the ETFA discussion board, and it' s currently unclear how much is left of the original model.
I'm sure you already know that Jim Jordan has moved on, and IF you would like to get in touch with him, let me know......
 
We're still in Extra Touch

Most florists who remain in Extra Touch seem to be doing very little with their websites. But I LOVE ours, (I use it as a catalog and for online ordering) and update it regularly with my own product and prices. They were able to upload all the FTD images to it, and I use them selectively. TOTO also uses his Extra Touch website.

We used the Sunflower Christmas mailer this year. (They are the ones who do the Extra Touch websites.) Got all the product posted on the website.
