guts several businesses...including Gray's Flowers. It was a 5 alarm and is finally under control now with 3 volunteers fire deptartments still in attendance.

Darcy, at Gray's is planning to rebuild. Thank God there were no deaths or injuries as there were many apartments on the upper levels of these places. Bricks and mortar are replaceable...

I HATE fire......

it has NO regards for people or their properties, or the long term lasting effects of it's terrible bite!
Thank you for letting us know......I still remember one in Strathroy, another flower shop.

Having survived a house fire I relate to your sentiments Mike. The sense of dislocation was all consuming for a long while.

we too have survived a fire in our flower shop - christmas day 1995 - gutted the back 1/2 of building - damaged 2 greenhouses and took out our back up generator --

it was very difficult putting the pieces back together - still not complete...

you have my thoughts... and hope of good will..
