I'm doing some research on clipped orders, and was looking into Florist Concierge and notice that they operate in every state EXCEPT Missouri... anyone know why that might be?

I wish the florists in Missouri were smarter, but most of them, at least in my area, are still in the '50s.
When you go to Florist Concierge's site, every state is listed except Missouri, there is a blank spot in the list, looking like it was listed at one point...
