Hi - I have owned and run a very successful small retail florist for the last 14 years and have gained considerable experience in all aspects of the business.
I have been accutely aware for many years that most florists are not profitable or at best marginal. I see many instances where florists are consumed with just doing business instead of being a business. I know that many of these florists could do a lot better at being a business and the industry would benefit as a result.
