DA's office withdraws plea offer to florist

The owner of Beaumont, TX florist Koch Flowers is accused of charging more than $30,000 in bogus orders to customers that kept CCs on file.

The article indicates the DA was willing to offer probation so the florist could make restitution. In light of recent accusations of the continued practice, the offer has been withdrawn and the florists looks to be facing jail time.

$30K is peanuts compared to the ripoffs of the likes of Urban Florist. What we need is more Texas DA's!

Lovely. Add that fraud/black mark to florists, along with the scum who pose as floral delivery guys and rape / rob / murder whoever answers the door.
Why is our industry easy prey to such BS.
