This morning (Memorial Day) when I went to floristboard and tried to reply and the screen was solid white. No where to type anything. I tried replying to many posts to see if it was just a few, but it was all on them. I tried going in fresh using the URL and it was still a solid white page when I clicked reply. The same thing happened when I clicked post. Then I went back and saw that someone added a new post so I know they were not having this problem. Anyone know what's going on? I never had this symptom before.

Thanks!

Too weird!

Wow, this is too weird. I went to hotmail to check my email and half of the stuff normally there was gone. No inbox to even click on to open. Tried help and it's a solid white page too. Went to the other computer next to this one and florisboard and hotmail are completely normal so it is just this computer. I do not know much about this stuff. I deleted temporary internet files and also cookies. It did not change anything. Any suggestions from anyone who knows about stuff like this? I installed Windows XP home edition on this computer a few weeks ago and have had seemingly zero problems. Installed PC Anywhere last week and George got in fine and seemingly zero problems. It has Dove on it and flowersoft. That's it. I few things in Word and Excel. It has cable connection to Interent, along with the other computer sitting next to it and one more in the next room. So weird, never had anything like this happen before. I have no clue what to check. Any advice?:( Thanks loads, Patty

OK, forget it!

I should have remembered this one small yet huge thing. Restart the crazy computer. It works normal now. How weird! Touchy, touchy, touchy! Now I have to go fix all the hassle I cause myself by deleting cookies. Thanks anyway! Patty

Running too long ... out of memory. Reboot at least once per week.

I think the reason rebooting worked is because yesterday I downloaded a LOT of graphics and many of them were animated for my personal website I do for fun and a pasttime. Talk about a lot of memory. In fact, as I was downloading them a window popped up that told me it was adding more virtual memory at that time to accomodate what I was doing. So you are right.
