Flower Shop Network.. any thoughts?

Run....run, run, run. We had them for a year. Recieved one order. I tried to cancel after 6 months but they would not even after voicing my concerns with their service. They offer many promises but never deliver.
 
I have never belonged but I think they have some nice services, such as their websites and marketing materials.

I have a few friends that are happy with their services.
 
We have been a member for the last two years. Last year I jumped off of Telef....and have not regretted that in the least.
For $200 a year I appreciate what they offer. They emphasize connecting real florists, and denounce order gathering sites right on their front page. Everyday I get emails whenever someone hits my website through theirs. I like being able to type an order in and hit send.. the rest of the hassles they handle. Automatically goes on my cc so I dont have to call everyflorist and spread my cc#s all over the world. You can go into the dirctory and select a florist yourself.. after looking at their webpage(s)...you can tell what sort of florist is on the other end. Not just minimums like on the dove. I have no complaints about them. Patty

You are only paying $200 for your website with them? They were charging me $500. I did like FSN until the website fees kept going up. I dropped them also.

If that is what you are paying for a website I think I'll just call to see why they were charging me so much.
 
It depends ion why you are concidering FSN.
I am an independent florist now,after trying 1-800 ending relationship with a a huge loss of time and money.
FSN is a great relay service provider. After reading thru the information they provided to me I decided to join , mostly for sending orders. I do like my FSN web site.
I have never had problems getting paid, and the payment fees are as they indicate on the contract.
No hidden fees .
They are not agressive enough in promoting the service to the online consumers. Compared to FTD & Teleflora 1-800 therefor the service gets lost in online search.
