It was necessary to disrupt the operations of FlowerChat for a short time this afternoon to allow for an urgent software upgrade. This update was made necessary by an attack against our server by a hacker trying to install a virus on our system.
The attack was not successful, and no data was compromised. However, we may experience some reduced functionality in the "Add-ons" we've given FlowerChat - things like the Arcade, vBookie, FCradio, Jukebox, etc - since they are not native to vBulletin. Rather than recode them in, I am waiting for the soon to arrive update fro Jelsoft that will move us to version 3.5 and add a new set of features. At that time, we will look into recoding the exsiting add-ons.
These features may continue to work without interuption.
