Ok answers to your questions. First this is our second year in the business and we started from scratch. I have thought about doing this for along time (business owner) but just didnt know what. The oppourtunity came when my daughter-in-law was about to lose her job and I knew she did some really wonderful flower arranging on the side as a hobby. So low and behold we (my wife and I) just decided lets do it. We put a business plan together and did just that. My wife and I are owners however we both have secure jobs with her brother in a tree and lawncare business, so with that my daughter-in-law runs the day to day at the flower shop.
We have had (and still do have) a learning curve which Im sure will continue for years to come. We have been fortunate to this point with the business and how it is running.
We dont currently have a website, we've talked about it but just havent got their as of yet.
