You are not in business now? You want to work from your home? Would you be licensed as a business in your home legally? Zoning OK?
Would you have adequate facilities such as coolers, prep rooms etc?

Just a few questions for you to answer. Have you worked in the industry how? Do you have any design experience?

I had worked in a home based business in the past.
Want to open a retail location myself not a home-based - still undetermined as to location

I am more on the business end and not the design end. I have a few contacts that have done design in the past that I would utilize.

I don't want to sound harsh, but come on, I know some great shops that are in that area , and I can't see myself even at this time, when people are struggling as it is to help another person in there home, because it has more than once come back in bit me in the arse, so out of respect for those wonderful people that I respect on here no, Sorry I can't vote yes..
