I suspect they saw it as a question mark, we've had that happen frequently on FC. Is called "older eye syndrome"

Flowers for Kids is an excellent program. I recommend it to any of my customers who will listen. So far 3 of them have done some presentations. Faith is the Queen- she's a real pro at it now. Your DV rep should be able to help get you started, or Stacey as mentioned above.
