Lodge another complain today against 1-800-66roses also known as flowers444.com teleflora number 01-460200

Customer ordered tf85-1 delexe. On their web site they charge $69.00. They are offering free delivery but they charge him 8.95.
They sent me $65.00 total.

My first inclination was to cancel this order. I manage to talk to customer who is in New York and he would not bother cancelling the order for $5.00. But he now has my web site and phonenumber to reach me. I told him I would still do this order for him (which is against my policy) because I am gaining him as a 100% customer.
I am not sure if those complaints are being taken seriously with FTD and Teleflora. THey were at a time and they made a hopla on letting us know they have cancelled some membership. Maybe it was a ploy to keep us quiet.
Anyway I thought I would pass the information to everyone here.

Here is a paste of the order:

Luc,

What is it about the Vancouver area and all the skimmers? I see that company in the US online yellow pages and in a number of PPC's.

Did the New York customer send you that email receipt?

I hope you reported this to Teleflora since they host his site and he uses their network. TF should easily be able to 'see' the dollars coming in through the website and going out skimmed through the Dove.

BTW, that order was skimmed $12.95, not $5, because charges labeled delivery are supposed to go to the delivering florist.

Hope Santa sends Detective Luc a badge for Christmas. :>

Chris,
Yes the customer sent me the e-mail receipt. I have reported them to teleflora but beverley has not return my call.
I will do it again tomorrow.
Like I said, seems they have different rules for different people all the time.

Truly following in the footsteps of Urban Florist/Vancouver Flower Company, Flowers Flowers aka 180066roses.com , flowers444.com has earned the distinction of being added to the Vancouver Better Business Bureau's Buyer's Alert.

I recently read about an effort between the US and Canada to work to prevent cross-border fraud. Both Vancouver OG operations primarily target US consumers but have remained mostly out of the reach of US law. How many more consumers need to be ripped off before the companies and agencies that can do something, will?

I firmly believe that were it not for US owned companies - the WSs - neither of these dOGs would be in operation today.
