An AMBER Alert has been issued for Timothy Scott and Carmella Joy Brown. Timothy is a 5 year old white male. He is 4 feet 3 inches tall, weighs 40 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes. Carmella is a 3 year old white female. She is 2 feet tall, weighs 35 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. Carmella was last seen wearing a white sun dress with red and blue on it.
The suspect is Christin Joy Brown, a 24 year old white female. She is 5 feet tall, weighs 130 pounds, with blonde hair and hazel eyes. She was last seen wearing blue jeans and an orange shirt. She also has a cross tattoo on her back and left ankle. Suspect vehicle is a silver car with TX license plate, and was last seen traveling on Grange Rd, possibly heading for the state of Texas.
