I am a new Marketing Counselor with Teleflora, I have been in the floral industry for many years both in retail and wholesale floral and am a designer. I am on here looking at ways I can help the stores in my area and ways to suggest to my company to assist our shops.

I hope you have a thick skin! I commend your effort, and hope you will take some of the concerns raised by florists here to heart...and to your bosses. I look forward to your input in our community..please stick around and participate!
 
Thanks Amy, I am hoping that having been in the business myself this will help me and I will do my best to voice concerns the my superiors.
 
I commend your efforts and hope you can succeed at what you want to do....It will be a hard nut to crack...Please don't just lurk, involve yourself as we do like to hear from all sides..I would,love to hear some WS info, but alas they all sign up and read what we say and then call us whiners and babies because we have problems with the system and have no clue how to solve it short of quitting and letting competition get the orders...

Can you start by letting them know that their WS holiday specials are too much container and not enough flowers for the prices they charge...
