I'm just in the middle of baking a loaf of sundried tomato & parmesan bread and it smells yummy.
Can't beat the smell of baking.

Leila, I work in a place known for it's homemade and freshbaked breads... over 50 varieties. I personally don't bake but oh my the comforting smells drifting throughout that 40 ,000sq. ft. space is glorious.

oh no Connie - now I feel like a fraud! I used my bread machine to make it!
Having said that, I'm sure it's adaptable - here's the Uk version (sorry we dont' work in cups though!)
3/4 tsp yeast
400g (14oz) strong white flour
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
50g grated parmesan
50g chopped sundried tomatoes (in oil)
280ml water
