I have a family that has lost two children in the past two years. One of sids and one still born. They would like to put something on their graves for memorial day. As an fyi, we did both of their funerals and they used more traditional arrangements for those. Now they want us to do a frog shaped fresh arrangement, and a heart with a baseball theme. Baseball is no problem as I have done that before. The frog, well, let's just say, I don't even have a clue how to pull it off...I have seen the bunnies, and chicks and dogs, and I think I can replicate those as they look simple, albiet time consuming, but a frog...just not sure how to go about it with those freakishly long bent legs...and big eyes that won't just be glued on...hmmm. Any assistance would be appreciated. :thumbsup

.

Use a frog picture like the example below...enlarge it to the size you wish on the copy machine.

Trace it onto form core or styrofoam and cut it out... use green and yellow carnations glued on the form core or styrofoam.

We lost one of our grandchildren, 3 months old and it was my turn to pick up the child for the day and he was with his other grandmother that was next door to our shop, she was on drugs. When I got to the house, I looked at him and I thought he looks like he is dead. I did CPR on him and he never recovered. What a wonderful priviledge they have given to you for the designs. When we have a child under 3 we always give the customer their casket cover free.

I am so sorry to hear that you went through that horrific situation. WOW, I don't know how you are still standing. This family goes to church with us, and they are sooo sweet. It is just unbelievable what they have been through. Our funeral homes know that if they have a family that cannot pay for flowers, we will donate. I just can't bear the thought of any funeral going on with no presence of flowers to comfort those who are left behind.
